Instead of focusing on what to eat, I will help you learn how to eat. More specifically, how to be more mindful of the choices you make. There is no such thing as “healthy” and “unhealthy” as long as you are in control and knowingly making the decisions.

Let’s get one thing clear: there is no ideal body type. But, there is a such thing as an optimally functioning body. While many people chase what they can see on the outside, the important stuff is happening under the hood. Metabolic health, proper hormone function, healthy mood regulation…it’s all tied to nutrition. So if you want to be your best version, you’ve got to make sure you’re maintaining the machine.
