In-Person Options

30- or 60-min personal training session in a private gym. Monthly packages of 4 to 16 sessions available.

Train with one or two of your friends in a private gym. Monthly packages of 8 to 20 sessions available.

Cold water immersion, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, and breath work to help expedite the recovery process. Sessions can be purchased as “one offs”.

Coaches who are looking for an expert to talk about training, nutrition, or recovery for sports performance. Please allow at least two weeks prior to engagement for preparation.
